Handles President duties when not available.
Attends Region One Monthly Meetings; sharing LPCPAAA activities and accomplishments.
Provides overview of Region One meeting findings to members at monthly meeting. Committee coordinator.
2nd Vice President: Darla O’Banion
Handles 1st VP duties when not available.
Arranges for a quarterly guest speaker.
In charge of member birthday and anniversary recognition.
Coordinates any special acknowledgement.
Secretary: Tabitha Cazzell
Creates monthly meeting minutes and files a final copy in the LPCPAAA Volunteer office file cabinet.
Helps maintain LPCPAAA website.
Treasurer: Tony Figueroa
Maintains financial records in preparation for annual audit, files income tax returns, maintains payment of social media sites, prepares in advance for payment of Blue Santa toy purchase, and maintains a final copy of documents in the Volunteer office file cabinet.

Coordinating the activities of our members is very important to the work of LPCPAAA.
To aid in the success of each new program we take on, a chairperson is set up to facilitate the work necessary to make the programs successful.
